With over 2200 fully skilled seafarers in our service at any given time, selected on the basis of international conventions (IMO STCW) and individual criteria, such as professional competence, experiences, good health, and personal conduct, we monitor the crew's conduct routinely and inspect their performances every 6-month with a comprehensive appraisal system.
Lastly, as we believe our people are our biggest asset, we give the highest priority to the safety and health of our crew on board. Regular safety meetings and strict on-board policies are being held in force, ensuring our staff and stakeholders a controlled environment and the safest ship operation.
